I was completely confused! I had three hungry children who wanted to eat, and one children's meal was of this quality. There were no waiters around.

The service was good, but unfortunately I found a small curly hair in my chips, which completely put me off my meal. It looked like a pubic hair, although I can’t say for certain what it was. The waiter offered to replace the chips, but by then I’d lost my appetite and couldn’t continue eating. I still had to pay full price despite this, which was really disappointing. Food businesses are expected to follow HACCP-based food safety procedures to help prevent contamination, so finding a hair in my food was very concerning. I hope this was a one-off and that hygiene procedures are reviewed to stop it happening again.
We left a number for the manager to ring about this, when he rang he was very rude and gave out to me blaming me for the hair in my food and that him over charging me is somehow my fault? But the man who took our number was so lovely and apologised for it🩷
I have been to Eddie Rockets numerous times abd I have enjoyed it. I am sad to say this place did not satisfy my needs. Firstly I was denied of the meal I desired, the food took a long time to come and the taps in the bathroom dont work all too well, there’s also no bin in the restroom for some reason. Unfortunately, this was not a trip I enjoyed. Hopefully it’ll be better next time.
